About ALDI
ALDI is one of the largest grocery retailers in the world, operating more than 2,300 stores across the United States and backed by a network of regional distribution centers that keep every one of those stores stocked. ALDI built its reputation on a lean, no-frills operating model — a smaller assortment, efficient shelf-ready packaging, and a distribution network engineered to move product from dock to store shelf with minimal waste and minimal delay. That same lean philosophy shapes life inside our warehouses: smaller, more capable teams, real cross-training instead of narrow one-task roles, and wages built to attract and keep the best warehouse talent in the region.
What Our Team Says (Employee Reviews)
"I keep the conveyor systems, dock equipment, and material handling equipment running across the building. ALDI invests in good tools and training for the maintenance team, and the pay reflects the technical skill this role actually requires." - Current Warehouse Maintenance Tech, Loxley, AL.
