About ALDI

ALDI is one of the largest grocery retailers in the world, operating more than 2,300 stores across the United States and backed by a network of regional distribution centers that keep every one of those stores stocked. ALDI built its reputation on a lean, no-frills operating model — a smaller assortment, efficient shelf-ready packaging, and a distribution network engineered to move product from dock to store shelf with minimal waste and minimal delay. That same lean philosophy shapes life inside our warehouses: smaller, more capable teams, real cross-training instead of narrow one-task roles, and wages built to attract and keep the best warehouse talent in the region.

What Our Team Says (Employee Reviews)

"Food safety in a building this size depends on sanitation being done right, every shift, no shortcuts. I follow a set cleaning schedule across the pick zones, dock, and break areas, and I document everything because ALDI takes food safety audits seriously. It is steady, structured work with a genuinely fair wage." - Current Warehouse Sanitation Associate, Greer, SC.

Role Overview & Responsibilities

• Spill & Debris Response: Respond immediately to any spill, product breakage, or debris on the warehouse floor, clearing it promptly to prevent a safety hazard for equipment operators and pedestrian traffic.
• Food Safety Compliance: Maintain sanitation practices that meet ALDI's food safety audit standards, flagging any pest activity, standing water, or equipment issue that could create a food safety risk to the facility manager.
