Role Overview & Responsibilities
As an ALDI Cashier Receptionist, you manage front-end customer greetings, point-of-sale item scanning, and customer service inquiries at the checkout lanes. Operating seated registers, you execute rapid item scanning to achieve target scan speeds while accurately processing cash, credit, debit, and electronic benefit transfers. You maintain cleanliness across payment counters, sanitize checkout belts continuously, handle pricing inquiries politely, and manage entrance shopping cart corrals. This role is 100% physical and strictly requires full on-site presence inside the retail store facility (zero remote availability).
