About ALDI
ALDI is one of the largest grocery retailers in the world, operating more than 2,300 stores across the United States and backed by a network of regional distribution centers that keep every one of those stores stocked. ALDI built its reputation on a lean, no-frills operating model — a smaller assortment, efficient shelf-ready packaging, and a distribution network engineered to move product from dock to store shelf with minimal waste and minimal delay. That same lean philosophy shapes life inside our warehouses: smaller, more capable teams, real cross-training instead of narrow one-task roles, and wages built to attract and keep the best warehouse talent in the region.

"I run the yard tractor moving trailers between dock doors and the parking rows all shift. It is fast, repetitive work that requires real precision backing into tight dock spaces, and ALDI pays a solid premium for the yard jockey role over standard warehouse pay." - Current Yard Spotter Driver, Houston, TX.
